Frequently Asked Questions

1Is experience necessary?
No boating license required. Our boats are very easy to operate, about as easy as driving a golf cart. The only requirement is the driver must be 21 years of age or older.
2What do I do for food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own cooler. There are no open container laws prohibiting possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or other vessel.
3What is the cancellation policy?
When making a reservation you instantly receive a confirmation email. If you don't this means we have the wrong email and you should call us immediately to correct it. To make a cancellation, to reschedule or get a rain-check, you must reply to the confirmation email with your request. We accept cancellations and give a full refund if your request is received 5 days prior to your cruise. We will reschedule or rain-check if your request is received at least 48 hours before your cruise. Inside of 48 hours before your cruise , rescheduling is possible is at our discretion and availability. Our weekends are usually fully booked . A weekday cruise cannot be rescheduled to a weekend cruise.
4Are dogs allowed?
Yes, all dogs under 25 lbs are welcome.
5What time should I show up to my reservation?
We recommend getting here at least 20 minutes before to get checked in and find parking.
6Do you provide life jackets?
Yes we do for all ages. Kids 12 and under are required by law to wear a life jacket. We do have life jackets for infants as well. If the infant is in a car seat or Baby carrier they aren't required to wear one but we give you one anyway to have on board. All adult life jackets are underneath your seats.
7Will there be a cooler onboard?
A cooler is provided on each of our boats and filled with ice, although you are more than welcome to bring your own.
